Dubai Properties is a Dubai-based real estate development company that is a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, a global investment firm with activities in 13 countries and ten industries.
The genesis of Dubai Properties began in 2002 as Estithmaar Realty, with the goal of developing and operating a world-class property in Dubai. At the same time, the business unveiled the Jumeirah Beach Residence project, which has been dubbed the world’s largest single-phase residential development.
In 2005, Dubai Properties was acquired by Dubai Holding. It is now one of the most well-known developers in a country that has developed a number of mixed-use locations in Dubai that are appealing to both residents and investors.
Khalid Al Malik is the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties. He is also the managing director of Dubai Holding, as well as a board member of SmartCity Malta, SmartCity Kochi, Empower, Noor Bank, Dubai Creek Harbor, UAE International Investment Council, and the Dubai Council for the Future Cities.
