Emaar Properties PJSC is an international development business based in the United Arab Emirates that was founded in 1997. The company provides property development and management services throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Emaar Properties was founded by Mohamed Alabbar, who also serves as its chairman. Amit Jain has been the CEO of Emaar Group since 2016.

Emaar Properties was initially owned by the Dubai government until it went public in 2000. Emaar Malls Group (shopping malls and retail), Emaar International (property development in international markets), Emaar Hospitality Group (a global provider of lifestyle experiences), Emaar Entertainment (provider of premium leisure and entertainment attractions), and Emaar Investment Holding are among Emaar’s six business segments and 60 subsidiaries.
