Meraas Properties

Meraas is a Dubai-based private holding corporation and a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. Since its inception in 2007, the company has been active in a variety of fields, including real estate, leisure, and hospitality. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum is the chairman of Meraas.

Meraas has successfully delivered approximately 80 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial property in Dubai since its inception, including retail units and over 3500 residential units. With an amazing portfolio that includes many of Dubai’s renowned locations such as La Mer, City Walk, and Bluewaters Island, Meraas soon became one of the largest and most trusted developers in the UAE.

Meraas Properties will also shortly finish Ain Dubai, a 250-meter-high observation wheel that was supposed to be finished before the start of Expo 2020. The Ain Dubai will have 48 capsules and a carrying capacity of 1400 passengers, setting a new record.
