Our approach: At Stellar Homes, we specialize in listening attentively to our clients’ viewpoints and developing a clear and cohesive vision of what an ideal living space means to them. Even if you do not intend to spend much time in an investment property, we know that your tastes are important. We are experienced in the design process and can make timely and critical decisions that are synchronized with our network of interior designers and artisans.

Our Scope: Our designers have the talent and capacity to do everything – from determining the look and feel of each room, sourcing furnishings*, and arranging shipments to staging the final look.
Our pricing: We charge a flat fee based on the project’s complexity, the size of the spaces involved, the number of rooms, the timeframe, and your specific needs. If amenable to all, an hourly rate can be applied. A minimum project design fee starts at AED 15,000 and scales up accordingly.
A benefit of our Flat fee structure is that we are able to provide trade discounts directly to you at a large number of furniture stores around UAE.
*Please note: Stellar Homes does not purchase furnishings without a full pre-paid deposit by the client in advance.

STEP 3. CREATING A CONCEPT BOARD
A concept board is not a final design. It is a starting point; a tool used to illustrate and convey the look and feel of a project. It establishes the theme of an overall design and helps everyone involved stay focused so that you and our designers can move forward as a team with the same vision.
STEP 4. DEVELOPING RENDERINGS & ELEVATORS
Our rendering services are an add-on option. We can provide you with either a full home or room-by-room redesign in 3D. These renderings will you’re your understand where certain elements will be – such as structural components, furniture and appliances. It gives you a highly accurate picture of what the finished product will look like so that you can approve the design or ask for changes.
